  • I use a .005mm micron, would you recommend using something larger with this one for thicker lines, and if so how large?

I need to start drawing other things then just dragons XD so this wolf tutorial is just what I need to try some different anatomy! Thx

  • @Fancypants117 Yea that's waaaay too small unless you are doing small details or you want really thin lines. A 05 or a 08 is good for big thick lines, but again if you have a steady hand a brush pen is excellent.

  • well i just give a try on micron multiliner but the result of the sketch was ''fat''i mean the sketch was looking like it was drawed only with markers and not a pencil.does the wrong here is that i use an aquarelle paper? or just something xD please explain me cause i am really confused!

  • @agent47rafas I'm afraid that I'm not sure what you are asking. It kind of sounds like you are talking about line weight. Line weight happens when you add extra strokes to certain areas of the lines. It doesn't naturally happen with a pen unless it's got a very flexible nib or brush.

  • What is the name of the pens you use? Technical pens?

  • @kitsunecross I use a variety of tech pens. Copic, Prisma, Microns. As long as it's waterproof and marker proof it's a good deal. I use .005, .05, 1 and up to 8.

  • I wish I had the time and money to go out and buy proper materials

I'm limited to printer paper, a regular pencil, and a 0.5 millennium pen

I cant buy copic markers either, so I use sharpies.

    XD

Great tutorial though, I find it easier to follow when people actually speak in the video.

Your anatomy puts mine to shame. lol

  • Wow. You're awsome!

  • Hey I have that pen

  • @StephieArt is it good to use g pens? for like manga? becase i bought two the other day and i need an artists opinion

  • @jsz1998 Sharpies tend to bleed

    really bad. I wouldn't recommend

them on certain paper. Give it a try

though, it may work for you. I know

one artist that uses sharpies and she

    does great stuff with them.

  • Will an ultra fine point sharpie do good?
