PGA Tour 2010 Rookie of the Year Rickie Fowler works on his Pre-Warm Up routine at The GolfGym Academy in Jupiter, Florida. While on the Tour, Rickie works with his Coach Chris Noss. Now residing in Jupiter, Rickie came to the Academy to prepare for the 2011 season and worked with Coach Joey D. These movement patterns are simple and very effective. Give them a try.
