Let me tell u guys something...Ali might have been the police commisioner but he could not exercise his authority due to politicla bureaucracy. His hands were tied & so will the hands of the current incumbent will be. He is a cosmetic stooge of the status quo & the powers that be. These people are merely being used as scapegoats but the root of the problem lies with our leaders. Any fool can tell that Ali's position was untenable & under the whims of the political powers.
