  • Yep! $6.99 for a just like new pair of crutches at the local Goodwill store and about 5 minutes of my time! Scored a freestanding Century Wavemaster heavy bag for $29.99 when I went looking for the crutches! I'm a happy TKD student!!!!

  • Thanks so much for this! Albeit, I'm so inflexible that I have to put the padded part where my medial knees rest instead of where the ankles are b/c I'm so inflexible but it works! Hopefully I won't ever need to undo my contraption and use them in the triditional way!
