It's a bit of a grey area but a 'virtual' concert would see the band earn a larger slice of the revenue generated by the performance than they would normally make from their recordings...

Their record company SOTE Records still hold the rights to all their material. The band tried to wrestle control of their publishing from the label in the mid 90's but lost the court action. As a result of taking the case against the record company, SOTE Records tried to effectively ban them from performing anywhere citing a number of clauses in their contract.
