Tekken is awesome, but i'm gonna go with the VF series simply because the VF series gives you a bigger sense of accomplishment when you do well in it. i say that in my opinion because you can't just mash buttons to win in VF, you also have to know what the hell you're doing. memorizing combos and blocking isn't enough.

@Servalion Do you know the latest VF5 upgrade, named Final Showdown? If you don't, you should check out some videos. People expect anxiously for a FS console port now. I hope it really happens.

I've been an avid fan of Tekken since Tekken 2, 15 years running. Tekken 6 is pretty damned good, all things considered.

But after discovering VF 5R yesterday and watching dozens of videos, I can't help but notice how far VF has come and how deep its options reach. So fluid and fast paced, and dare I say.....balanced! Rather hard to pull that off well. Sega obviously takes pride in this series and it shows. A damn shame this isn't out for consoles. C'mon, Sega! I gotta have a taste!

#1 was a worthless opinion. (What's VT?)

#2 - Quantity doesn't necessarily equal quality. The VF fighters have their uniqueness as well.

#3 - Ok, now you're just trolling. And blind at that.

#4 - Sales? Really? Namco markets the hell outta Tekken everywhere while Sega has been comfortable keeping VF mostly on hometurf since the Dreamcast went under.

@Ichimaru60 Dude name 5 reasons Terrible Fighter 5 is better than TEKKEN 6. I'll name a few.

1. VT is for noobs

2. Tekken has more characters, each with their own unique moves.

3. VT graphics are still in the PS2 era, while TEKKEn advanced throughout the years.

4. Tekken has sold more copies then VT.

5 VT is garbage.
