Foreigners Driving In The U.S.

My thoughts on Foreigner's driving in America with a US driving liscense, well, I don't have a problem with foreigner's driving in the US, some of my family are foreigner's driving in the US but the only problem is that they don't know the basic driving here in the US. Some foreigner's run over traffic lights, some of them don't pay attention at the yield sign, some of them don't know how to put their signal lights and on top of all that they can't even speak english if they ever get into an accident or read the signals and letters on a sign so tell me America, what you think about these foreigner's driving here in the US and taking the written test in their own language what's up with that? they need to learn english to pass a written test in english that's my opinion. What you guys think?

how are they gonna to even to learn if it's NOT in their own language? English is a hard language to learn. How else are they gonna get instructions? Which is better a language they barely understand of their native? I know, stuff gets lost in translation in when you look at english streets signs. But how about the DMV make classes or study guides in Foreign language say something simple "Okay, rojo sign means stop"
