  • @cutecollector This exercise is borderline pointless without weight unless you are considerably heavy up top so this exercise is good for toning the muscle if you keep the reps on the high side of 12 reps. Hanging leg raises are great for lower abs. Finally the v shape is very dependant on the width of your lats in comparison to your weight.

  • I've read that using too much weight will give you more of a (_) shape rather than a \_/ shape, what is the best exercise too building the lower ab/oblique V shape without building a massive waist line?
