first, youtube is own by google so they could have make it as long as they wanted.

second, some channel are youtube partner, and they can post longer video than normal, user and they get paid by youtube, by ads.

You'd need to learn to program in java. You can learn that online free. Then download the anroid sdk. You can get that on their site. It's all well documented. That's enough to get you started, because it's quite in depth. It can be overwhelming for some while, but if you stick wtih it, you can learn. Think of a little app you want to write for it, and start with basic core functionality. I also would like you google to please raise the volume, if possible. Thanks.

Many of the video clips you take... their sound volume isn't high enough.. sometimes turning up the volume on my end doesn't help... please turn up the volume...
