  • Am i the only one that finds it odd that all the best of the best musicians today are totally unsung and ignored by the media???

    its a conspiracy theory-quality question!

  • You need to remember that everyone has little bits of riff that will show up in ones improvisation. People always say "all Bob's impro is the same!", it is always going to be similar because no-one can play lead breaks and solo's that are completely different from the last song in which they may have improvised.

  • Is he using the baritone ?

  • @grabael

I agree. I hate to sound like a 'hipster' in doing so, but the truth is the truth ;)

I've been to two concert with Bob the same week and been very lucky to get to speack with him, and I actually ask him about that. He said that as long as he could tour and play for people the success wans't an issue. Beside, people who listen to him are real music lovers, and not barely music consummers :.D So let the successfull music (I'm too kind too call it crap) to people who don't care enough, and let the joyeful jewels that are Bob and his talentful friends :.D

  • @denxero

yea over the years since writing that comment, I've drawn the same conclusions.

it's rather simple, media are here to promote the musical industry, not music, music is being slowly assassinated by the race for profit since more than 50 years now. So to sell efficiently, it creates trends and then over exploits them while there are sufficently enough dumbasses to find them original and interesting. If an artist wants to do what HE wants, and also be true to his opinions about life and society, he cant go whore himself to MTV and the industry...

  • @daltonjohn32 No Drama..

  • like the way he plays but not the way he sings....sorry.

  • @thestrugglewithin Theres no room for talent, it might have a mind of it's own!

  • this guy is a rythem king, legend, a musical genius but most of all the reason i love him is i love the way he sings and plays blues it's so crunchy it's spectacular... rock on bob brozman..
