    As for the meal thing...while I don't agree with the starvation method, I can certainly appreciate the need to do something drastic to kickstart something else...best wishes and can't wait to see MORE!!!

  • Congratulations on the great progress.

    Are you really eating just *one* of those healthy meals a *day*? If so, especially considering your height and the exercise, you are not getting the minimal daily protein your body needs, and it no choice but to atrophy good muscle to get its protein.

    This is meant as a constructive observation, and very sorry if I misunderstood how much you are eating or if you are taking a protein supplement in addition and I just missed that fact.

  • Yeah, I have been only eating one meal a day for the last few weeks. I know it is certainly not the healthiest route to go but it is what has seemed to work for me. I have a huge problem with portion control so the easiest thing for me to do is limit myself.

    I am working towards normal eating patterns and to gain a better grasp on my whole issue with food. thanks for the concern!

  • It has been hard to adapt but the exercise gives me more energy than i've had in quit awhile! it has been a great couple weeks!

  • My weight has recently transitioned from starting with "3" to starting with "2." I think it's been about 10 years since that last happened.
