They say that truth is stranger than fiction and I really do believe that. When I was approached by Chris Doyle, a very famous stunt coordinator whom I had met working on Star Trek, he asked me how I felt about scoring a movie with a message. I said I would love to do that and jumped at the chance. Little did we know at the time that it would be up for several awards and shown to many celebrities.

The film was about a concert guitarist who was on his way to perform at the "Hollywood Bowl" and as his limo is driving down the freeway it comes to a sudden stop because of a major accident up ahead. There is a car on fire in front of them and everyone is just looking at it doing nothing. The man hears the screams of a young child in the back seat with the car engulfed in flames...

Without hesitation, the man jumps out of his limo and opens up the back door of the burning car and while trying to free the little girl out of the safety seat the man burns his hands horribly and although he saved the little girl, he paid the ultimate price for it.
He was no longer able to play let alone use his hands ...for anything.
Because of this, he goes from being famous to a recluse living on skid row in LA...
This is the story of Norman J Lloyd...Part 2.

Angels come in all shapes and sizes and the little boy, "Gabe" was of course the angel Gabriel.
He came to comfort Norman and show him why his sacrifice was so important to so many people.
The moral of the story is that we are just here but for a moment in time and when we pass all we take with us is what we have done for others.
I hope I have made a slight difference in some people lives and that they know they were loved by me...
