One More thing i forgot to tell <.< Did you unlock ? you get it when you have 100% i think

I'm not really sure if Jump lasts forever. I never really tried to beat it, so I never got to the end of it. I unlocked Jump and MG5 when I beat Zero and got 100% completion.

You get both of those options before you beat Dark Matter. At least, that's how it is on my version.

Really? I don't think I've ever had any of these until after I beat Dark Matter. Although you may be right, I don't remember too well lol.
