Yes, I fully agree. I have never received worse service than my experience with NWA. I am truly blown away. I sent a message regarding my situation and have not received a response from over 2 weeks ago!!!!

The only way that the Northwest can recognize a Malev flight is if it is coded to the same format as a NW flight. NWA uses a system that is almost 30 years old, so of course they are forced to work around the system when it comes to E-certs. They're ALL over their forcasted budgets because of fuel prices, they don't have the money to replace that worldwide platform! Also, it says on the E-cert that it is not applicable to current reservations. I'm interested if you received a response?
