China could easily fix all their problems... but honestly, they're just too cheap to do anything about it because the expense of installing all their water treatment plants and installing environmentally friendly procedures is tremendous. Environment is only one of China's problems.

Honestly, i think the government of China is a corrupt and evil government. It's a perfect example of a good idea (Communism) gone absolutely wrong.
