There are so many upsides to being pregnant. Number one, if you aren't working, you can say it's cause you wanted to take time off for for your baby. you like being pregnant because you don't have to work (you husband does) and you have a job to go back to after your maternity leave is up because your employer is legally required to take you back.

Pregnancy also means that your husband is financially tied to you and can't leave you - so you can let yourself get fat and ugly and not worry about him running off with a younger chick. You can relax and not take care of yourself.
