  • This was Kilburn Gaumont State Theatre Christmas 1974 and what a show it was too - 'felt like one big party for all!! - It followed the two 'Woody and Friends' shows at the same venue earlier in the year - early days of Woody & Keith working together - an exciting era indeed!

  • Still got the ticket - unused, as IRA bombings made London a bit dodgy. Rod's last hurrah, really. The Faces reunion for Ronnie at Albert Hall was great but too painful. 'Coming up for air' is no good. Let it lie, Ian, Kenny et al. Move on.

  • There is just no comparison between Rod Steward and Sam Cooke

  • That's Keith Richards, though he and Jeff Beck did look alike at this time. If only it had been Beck
