my bassets zeus and athena learned how to open the cabinet for the trash but our cabinets open to the side. so once my niece was around all the time we baby proofed everything and then they couldnt get into it anymore.

Frank almost had it......if he hadn't been told to get down.....he could of knocked the can right over he had the drawer out far enough.....he is a handsome dog.

I hope Frank is doing well~ How did this work long term? Did you get the results you wanted? How did Frank seem to do around the whole seeking garbage thing?
