A couple of months ago, Frank discovered he could open the kitchen trash cabinet with a flick of his nose. So, we had to figure out how to keep him from getting into the garbage! (it's now 3 months later: we finally were able to keep him from opening the trash drawer by putting magnetic cabinet latches on all four corners of the door - we were afraid that big rubber band would break and snap him on the snout!)

  • Frank I want to send you and Sarah treats, how can I contact you.

    Boss Basset/Slinky

  • Thanks for the offer, but obviously, Frank doesn't NEED any treats! LOL! Seriously, we usually just give him baby carrots, or he would get too fat in no time. Thanks.

  • Oh Frank - Frank - won't you please come and live with me? I'd let you have your own refrigerator chocked full of cheeses - meats and carrots. I'd love you and rub you and kiss you every day - I'd take you everywhere and show all the people of my town what a gorgeous boy you are. I'd let you sleep with me and make sure your dreams were always of sugar plums and slabs of bacon! LOL You are so adorable I just love you.

  • What kennel did Frank come from? He's such a beauty ---- and so smart!

  • Hi* I know Frank and you from the Howliday card mailing list~ I work with a lot of bassets. So I have questions. This now was, I think two years ago... I hope Frank is doing well~ How did this work long term? Did you get the results you wanted? How did Frank seem to do around the whole seeking garbage thing? After this video, did you need to try other things? Best* and look forward to this year's Howliday Card! Sara
