What do you do if its been 2 years and THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE not only haven't prosecuted yet, but intentionally didn't answer to defense's motion to dismiss b/c there was too much evidence and reasonable doubt in it, but the judge somehow for some reason doesn't dismiss?? Oh, and it is 3 months for misdemeanor and 6 months to prosecute felony; it's 2 allegations of misdemeanor by the way.

The Colonists called Attorneys Vermin, and rightly so. They actually banished the Vermin. But the Vermin came slinking back about 20 years later. I almost fell offa my chair when I learned that to be a judge I mean hearing officer, you only need to be a Vermin I mean Attorney in good standing and take a 1 week course. Nice gig right? Go from being despised and berated to forcing people to RISE for your stinking ass in 1 week...Nice!

Amazing, the strange things you can find on the internet. I'm not sure about the people in the video, but I sure hope this Lawyerdude isn't really a lawyer. If he is, I feel sorry for his clients being represented by a fool who thinks Ad Hominem is a valid form of argument.
