Occupy Tulsa arrests, police pepper-sprayed protesters

In the early morning hours of November 2nd police raided Tulsa's Occupy Wall Street protest. 10 people were arrested, several protesters were pepper sprayed while sitting down on the ground, they were clearly not posing any sort of threat.

Explain to me, also, why this particular officer did ~not~ obey the rule of keeping the can more than six inches from the man's face in order to avoid risking permanent damage to his eyes? Also, tell me, How many of the so-called cops in this city can even see their own damn toes, let alone catch a fit drug dealer?

You also know it's illegal to spray them from less than six inches because the spray exiting the nozzle can damage the eyes like a needle, right?
