John, 1525 -1591 was an organist at Queen Elizabeth's Chapel Royal.

Gloria Patri et Filio, et Spiritui Sancto.

I did this at my state's honor' choirs' festival in 2009 and it was the most beautiful piece we did :) ♪♫♪♫♪ Not too challenging for 1st Sopranos though :/ but it was an elegant piece anyway :)

Very nice! I've always liked Blitheman's keyboard music (he was Bull's teacher), but never heard his vocal works. I wouldn't exactly call it an anthem for Anglican evensong, though--probably written during Mary's reign as a respond for Compline in the Sarum rite, complete with the plainsong bits.
