Jailbreak 1st Gen iPod Touch (3.1.3) using JailbreakMe.com

When JailbreakMe.com first came out, we were told it would only jailbreak the 3rd Gen iPod Touch running 3.2 and up (I believe, might just be 4.0), but it isn't completely true. I did it the first day and it jailbroke my 1st Gen iPod Touch running 3.1.3.

Go into Safari, type in http://www.jailbreakme.com , then slide to jailbreak!
