New Brawl Character: Wisp - Moveset

Newest character to join the brawl. Its Wisp!

People were asking for some vids so I recorded this real quick. It isn't edited all nice and fancy yet, Ill do that later.

This is move demo for Brawl+ Nightly Build 5.0

EDIT: I forgot to mention the side B's strange charging mechanic. The move charges a little bit every time you turn around in a dash animation or when you drop your shield. As well, it has four levels of charge.
