Rescued from Slaughter / Mare and Foal

This mare was rescued from slaughter. She had a weanling on her side and was pregnant with this foal born this year.
It is NOT the sick and elderly that are sent to slaughter!

Isn't it wonderful that god can give us the power to help these great animals. you are an emancipator, giving them the freedom the need, and allowing for new life to join this earth. if i could have the god given power to communicate with animals, i would welcome them with open arms, and be kind to them. You are a wonderful person for helping these animals. i wish i could, but perhaps as i grow older
