Good work, I have a KRC-2 and will be looking at doing the very same. Can you tell me ware you got your caps from I also need a encoder as mine has stopped working.

@MrLoz68 Hi, i ordered mine from mouser.com . If they have an encoder with the same spec i have no idea. I suppose it's a A/B channel encoder with 180 degrees difference between channels (rotary left or right). This is only what i think... If you're lucky krell still have it as spare part. Good luck !
