The RG35 RPU is providing the essential balance between firepower, survivability and mobility.

Crew survivability is centred around a proven "crew citadel" protection approach against mine, IED's and gunfire, through a compact design optimised for Recce roles. RG35 RPU is based on an open architecture built for multiple missions. The vehicle can be modified to transport cargo, conduct routine patrols or be outfitted with cameras and other electronics for surveillance missions.

@MRrHaCkZ The company is owned by who knows but British investors are a minority as I undserstand it, and the RG-series of vehicles are designed and built in South Africa. Some of the South African designs for MPVs have been licensed out to other manufacturers. The designers of this vehicle probably wince when people attribute this vehicle to Britain.

This is amazing! They took a M1117 and crossed it with a stryker platform. Then they added the protection of a Cougar 6x6. Then they decide to go crazy and make a recovery vehicle and a tractor truck. This is what happens when Oshkosh Corp landed the FMTV contranct. BAE comes right back and produces a winner. I am impressed.
