Gaming on the Acer Aspire One: F.E.A.R

First let me say that this game is not mine, nor its sound effects or soundtracts, etc, etc Just so ppl don't flag my sound, that being said lets get on with the description.

I know that there are plenty of vids of this working on the AA1, but a loooot of people that don't believe them, i hope you believe this vid (i'd like to see you say that this is a fake! :P)

anyhoo these are my computer specs:

This is an Acer Aspire One, 8.9inch screen, netbook.
It has:
1.6Ghz Intel Atom processor
1 Gb of RAM
Mobile Intel 945GSE Express Chipset
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) 950
160GB hardrive
WinXP SP 3
6 cell battery
Note: top VRAM is 224, which is shared from the 1 GB of normal RAM

F.E.A.R minimum system requirements:

System: Pentium(R) 4 - 1.7 GHz or equivalent

RAM: 512 MB

Video Memory: 64 MB

Hard Drive Space: 5000 MB

Recommended system requirements:



System: Pentium 4 - 3.0 GHz or equivalent

RAM: 1024 MB

Video Memory: 256 MB

Other: Radeon(R) 9800 Pro, GeForce(TM) 6600 or equivalent DirectX(R) 9. Sound Blaster(R) X-Fi(TM) series sound card.

how does it run if it needs a 1.7 ghz processer ?

@FuNnYxxM4N Well it doesn't require a 1.7 ghz processor, it just recommends it for the best performance (60fps instead of my average 30-40 or so)

@KusHDivine the gma 3150 can not do dx11 its unified shaders limit it too full support shader model 3 it can only render certain sections of dx11 not full dx11 compatibility

thats where u tweaked it before no dx11 =O
