@Japansepuppy2481 You should be fine, just take a few shavasna breaks (on your back, relaxing) during your first few Bikram Yoga sessions. All good instructors will let you go at your own pace.

I want to try bikram yoga, very badly but I'm worried that I might not be able to take the heat. I've never been in a hot place for too long like, so would it be okay for me? I'm 14. Any tips?

my mom should try this!!! maybe she wont lash out on me, my brother and my dad for stupid small reasons...

Yoga is the best way to reconnect with your body. Once I did Bikram, my thoughts were clearer, my body was stronger, my job got easier, and I moved through life with much more ease.

Errrm... You have no position to bash people's religion. People will believe whatever they want to believe, stop what you're trying to do. Learn some Yoga.
