Again, this is an oldie, but a goody! Haha, I made this 2-parter video about 3 weeks after reaching my goal weight in 2007. Just sharing the different reactions that I was getting from people regarding my weigh loss.

& btw, as an aside, I have not received ANY negative feedback from those same people since &/or regarding my muscle building transformation :D

  • im in the exact same position as u! i was the same weight as u (well 206lbs) and im the same height as u...and now im 112lb....and u do find that ppl do try to convince u that u have some sort of eating disorder because u watch what u eat....when ur big u have an eating disorder....when ur small u have an eating disorder...ucant win. everything uve said on this video is exactly what i experience, the groups of ppl, the ones who say u need to put weight on the ones who r happy 4 u!so glad u know!

  • It's true, ultimately you gotta make yourself happy cause you can't win them all. It does get better overtime, no one bothers me about it now, they got used to seeing me this weight :)

  • I totally agree with Kasifya. Good job, Aggy!

  • You did so great! I'm glad to see someone lose weight healthily!

  • Good job for losing weight and getting healthy. You're less likely to get so many problems in the long run by changing your diet and exercising.

I feel the same way about being thin, it's not about being thin, it's about being HEALTHY. Thinness is a side effect of working out and eating right. Your friends just feel bad and want to bring you down because it's harder for them to lose it, you pretty much already nailed that on the head though...

Seems like you may need new friends..

  • You are eloquent! What a wonderfully-made video! My 1st "sighting" of u on YT but I subscribed IMMEDIATELY!

  • keep posting tubby

  • Your story is such an inspiration. Thanks for reposting these.
