Not TV presentation as such but a stunning snapshot of the times.
I can't begin to describe how fascinating I find this programme nearly 20 years on. It is unique but not necessarily good.
TV production note: If you light a nightclub with the same intensity as a TV studio there is only one outcome - bleakness.

However naff it seems now, I still think this signalled a big change from the old TOTP pop stuff of the 70s and 80s to the new dance/rave/hip-hop scene of the 90s...

I'm 44 now and loved this. I remember having to wear a shirt and tie to go clubbing (no tattoos showing too). How times have canged. Then came the 90's rave and a totally different game - loved that also. :-)
