[RS] How to get a Party hat (and other Rares) [Outdated - First mint cake guide on youtube]

Hey guys! in this video i'll show you how to get free "rares" called Mint cakes, they are 10K~ but on street price 2-10mil! a Great way to sell your junk, or to buy real rares.
In the end of this video you can see me buying some Easter eggs and a Party hat =)

already knew how to get mint cake's i got 18 when they crashed which was sad but overall they came in handy for regicide

@PsnPs3Majdhosn They used to be rare rewards from the Gnome minigame. They had a street value of at least 20m+, but a GE value of 20k at most. This was before free trade- and before JaGEx made them more obtainable.
