Citizens Serve Grand Jury Presentments!

On June 28-29th a team of 4, Carl Swensson and Dr. Penny Kelso, (from http://riseupforamerica.com) Mack Ellis (from http://americangrandjury.org) and Chalice (From http://phnmedia.com) went to DC. While there, the Secret Service, FBI, Pentagon, Supreme Court, 16 Senators and Congressmen and the US District Court were all served the American Grand Jury Super GJ Presentments and the Treason and Fraud Criminal Complaint from CMDC. (Ret) Walter Fitzpatrick.

This trip was extremely successful as it brought a ruling from Chief Judge Royce Lamberth that declared Citizen Grand Jury complaints are constitutional but there is no place in the current legal code to process this. This trip also brought signed receipts from each of these locations proving they were served. This is part of the process of holding our government accountable.

We are returning to DC on Aug 2-5. This time, 5 teams of 2 will serve every member of Congress the Grand Jury Presentments, Criminal Complaints of Treason by 5 retired military professionals and the formal Petitions For Redress from We The People Congress. We also are filing a new Petition in the US District Court, under Judge Royce Lamberth.

Each team will have a member serving the documents and a Citizen Journalist from Patriots Heart Network recording the serve. We will tweet the process as we go.
