    I really like Riots idea to separate new teams from Big name teams because its kinda hard for new teams to make name for themselves by competing face to face with best ones as the best ones have more time to train right now. Start making a living of LoL by fighting teams like yourself and then when you became pro and will be able to focus only on LoL(no real job) compete with other teams like you.
