Use cleanfilm on a plate. Dip the parsley into some olivoil, sprinkle som salt on top of the parsley. Then add another another sheet of cleanfilm ontop of the parsley. Nuke it for 30 sec. The plate can get very hot after, so take it easy gettin it out of the microwave. It works with Sage as well.
