what cab it that?

To me the way you set the brit channel isn't throaty enough. I suppose using the rectified position and less bass, you might get a Marshall JTM45 Bluesbreaker crunch tone, no ?

@M3Wizard i have a feeling when i buy this ill be in my basement for a month before i get the proper tone im looking for but then when i do ill be verry happy then ill do the other 3 channels :D

Thanks! I'm a tone chaser to the extreme, so that REALLY helps me out. Rock on.

Thank you. I understand better.

Aside from the Tweed on channel 1 and Brit on 2, are there any tonal differences in these channels, or is the added channel just for versatility? I'm trying to figure out if I want a roadster or a classic Dual.

@CompassRose87 i had the classic Dual while waiting delivery on the Roadster. The Tweed channel alone is worth the price of admission and makes it so much more versatile than the regular Dual. There is no difference between Channel 1 and 2 Clean/Fat modes, however the fact that you can have Channel 1 on Tweed and Channel 2 on Clean or Fat lets you have an additional "semi-clean" channel to work. I would go with the Roadster again if I had to choose between it and the Dual.

I like the brit tone. I think it even could sound more vintage.

@jp6l6 - yes, the brit tone is pretty cool. It would sound more vintage if you use a strat. In this video I was using a Washburn with EMGs, so the Active pickups really wouldn't give the vintage chime and bell tones...
