  • matt, i see you went strait from your db bench set to db bent over rows, i've always heard to separate your push force exercises and pull force exercises. could you tell me your thoughts on this?

  • @Janglesler if you look at the exercises before those you mentioned, it did some snatching first. When performing the power lifts, you pull the weight from the ground, then pull yourself under it, then push yourself all the way down and push the weight up. The Oly lifts are the perfect example of push-pull exercise. I like to work both sides of the muscle equally. Sometimes I do it in the same session, sometimes I balance it out throughout the week or month, but it stays balanced.
