  • Proof that baby deer is still with mother during deer murder season. Thank you

  • They are weaned and are not at all dependent on the mother by the time hunting season starts. They'll still travel together, deer are very social creatures and tend to live in matriarchal groups, so female offspring may NEVER leave thir mother.

  • I know but thats their mother and the child needs his mother. I have a video with mommy cleaning baby too and they are my little family. The baby's name is knocknee and mother is floppy ear

    Thank you for beautiful video

  • That video was taken a month ago.

Today, that doe fawn is coming into heat and within the next couple of days, she'll be bred and will have fawns herself in the spring.

When the young animal is old enough to breed, it does not need it's mother.

  • I read that female young ones can stay with mommy up to 2 years and young males up to one. Hunting season starts in Oct-Dec and in some place bow season starts before gun season. Imagine the pain and suffering put upon an innocent mother and child?!
