Overall this is a nice glove and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a "professional fight glove" feel because it is definitely a hard hitting glove. The quality is without question the best I've seen. Its also a very nice looking and compact glove. If you have long fingers you might have a hard time with it especially during the breaking period.

Safety 8 (great wrist support, secure thumb, though firm foam may be a negative)

Quality 10 (high quality cut of leather, best in business stitching, leather seam around palm opening)

Construction 10 (unbeatable)

Comfort 8 (the thumb and slightly undersized hand compartment are the only drawbacks)

Value 9 (expensive but you get a very high quality glove, would be a 10 at $120)

Appearance 10 (simple and very well done so nothing to distract from the overall appearance)

Technology N/A

Overall 9

  • good reviews man. My only suggestion is that you should mention how long you've been using the gloves for. I feel there's a big difference in how a glove feels and performs on the 1st day as opposed to the 30th day.

  • @ryyonvin I agree in fact my feelings for these gloves has changed but that is why I do follow-ups to my reviews. I am planning on updating this one this weekend.

  • and which ebay store is that???

  • @jakovasourman1212 "vistadocs" I just went out and looked on e-bay and they currently have nothing up for sale but they usually have stuff so check periodically. It was a good transaction though the gloves did take about 18 days to arrive. It was the holiday season so I suppose that added to the delay. I would buy from them again.

  • Two major things with these gloves: #1 They do need to be broken in. They will fit much better after use. #2 They seem to fit wider hands much better, if you have a narrow long hand, might not be for you. They are the best gloves I have ever had, Reyes is TOP quality.

  • Ay bro plz tell me where ican get those at or sell me the ones you have?

  • @mhel8277 can you suggest a pair of 16oz gloves that i can hit the heavy bag with everyday for 2 hours and have them last for a really long time? like 2 years or something? something comfortable to so i don't hurt my hands. i only want to buy 1 pair of gloves so i want them to last, high durable leather.

  • don't ever, ever ever ever! buy everlast. i bought a pair of 16 oz pro style boxing gloves. first off, they didn't even weigh 16oz like they said! they weighed 10 ounces each! second, i destroyed them with 2 hours use everyday in a month. don't buy them.
