Well, I get that this would be scary to regular people, but I basically grew up in a theme park so I'm used to that. Ther's not really anything that can happen to you, the worst case scenario is that you roll backwards a few feet before the emergency brakes catch you, and on most rollercoasters it's impossible to roll back at all unless the chain is set in reverse.
