That is called lucky bamboo. I wouldn't have it all the way in the water like that. I've heard that they die that way because they're supposed to be in half way. You should do all real plants it would look better. Make sure you give them other foods like frozen bloodworms and brine shrimp as well as algae wafers if you don't already. Rainbow Sharks will a lot of the time NOT accept flakes.

hi there, you have a nice tank, but i dont think you should add seasalt to your tank when you have sick fish, you should remove them and treat them separately.
