Earl George recorded with lee scratch, wonder if this aint no other than the "familyman" was not the original player, If song was in the early early 70's if not maybe robbie shakespear? Both those player you can hear jamerson influence in all the more complex grooves of the lovers rock, rockers, and reggae.

Thanks - it's a pencil eraser cut into strips and wedged under the cover on top of the strings
