jedenfalls seh ich das genauso, meine 3 homepages wurden alle gesperrt wegen einem angriff (script-string integriert worden) und es gab nirgendwo einen hinweis, habs durch zufall gefunden! ihr seid echt miese leute!

If the Google robots has found something it doesn't like about your site, then why the hell can they send you a automated message to your Google webmaster page explaining what cause the penalty and what to do to fix it. It's a bit like a food inspector coming to your restaurant and shutting you down, but not telling you what you have done wrong. It just shows what a bunch of arrogant idiots Google are.

It would be nice if there was a way to find out if we were actually being penalized. I have a site that was #3 on G for years. I updated the site with a new LESS SPAMMY design and fell to page 5. Was this because of the re-design or a penalty?

One of my customers sites is blocked by Google. I wonder if Google is in its right here? When i make a direct-request for the site i get no entrance: Google has nothing to do with it i think. Banning from their list is one thing. Blocking direct-request is another.

I am also having very hard time with contacting google. NO replys ever! I am losing business daily. I do not spam and they do not help! If it looks like I am spamming it is because of my adwords account. HELP! if something does't happen soon my husband suggested I take them to small claims court for loss of business.

Would be nice to give a hint to the webmaster as to why their site might have been removed from index. There is no way to know otherwise. Google seems to spuradicly index and deindex as it leases.
