what level range do you need for ebony? :s

Hey everyone. Anyone who knows the answer, please respond. I'm thinking about a Mage character and I'm wondering if the staff you use is linked to your stats like a sword or bow, or if it has power of it's own and that's it.

@1990freddy from 0:46 onwards on the video, I pretty much pinpoint the location of the cave on the map :)

Why is Rockmilk cave so special? Is it just the largest cave in Cyrodill or something?

@Mercury205 its got the most amount of bandits in which drop good armour, also it has the best treasure in.

can't remember, race is argonian and I usually specialised in pickpocket and sneak and magika
