@aarongama24 Yep, the Spit had a carburetor rather than fuel injection so the engine would stall out under negative G. A fix was implemented in later marks, essentially an opening through which fuel would flow with a ball underneath that was slightly larger than it, so when subjected to negative G's the ball would plug the opening and stop the fuel from flowing away from the engine. It wasn't perfect, but better than nothing.

this is the most realistic WWII fighter game but only thing i found wrong was that the spitfire couldnt go upside down. i forget what part but one of its parts in the engine would stall if it goe upside down so yeah only mistake in this game

@wwwDOTdalsgaardDOTeu True, the rear gunner is a pain. When you see it dive behind and below by around 2000 feet below, keep the speed up and use the toggle view above, keep full throttle pull up and hit him half way thru the fuselage from underneath, all guns blazing, long burst. Roll inverted and pull down again and reposition. The other one is right front attack, then go underneath on a right turn down, or pull up after going underneath. Keep his rear gunner on his blind sides.

phew
;D
i like it! nice story
Was that you moving the throttle or was there anything wrong with the engine?

@reneblanco1 If you refer to the throttle fluctuations during the take-off run, then it didn't happen during the mission. It only appeared in the track recording that I made. After that I stopped doing video captures of tracks, and instead directly captured my missions as I flew them. So, in all the other movies I have put up, what you see is exactly what happened in the mission.

@wwwDOTdalsgaardDOTeu Got you, thanks. For what is worth, leave the power at maximum without over boosting; as you approach the target... Don't play with the power to stay behind him (use some cross control to slow down), if you are about to overshoot and he turns left, either go high in a left turn yo-yo, and roll left followed by a tight pull left and adjust, same thing to the right. This way you get him by either a deflection shot or he gets confused - loose sight of you.

@wwwDOTdalsgaardDOTeu There are several books on fighter tactics:
Your short burst shooting is excellent. When in a turn or straight and level add a bit of higher aiming target to piper to compensate for Gravity Drop unless, you are point blank range. Overshooting? Reposition by rolling straight and up to allow separation, then roll towards it. If driving fast behind straight and level; do a barrel roll either direction, but be ready for him to brake

@reneblanco1 Yes, high scissors can be good to stay behind an enemy plane, but with the Bf-110 that also gives his rear gunner a good clear shot at me! Glad you like my movies, did you see all the other ones in my Channel? - Any comments on my technique very welcome.
