@Borin81 Im actually making a mod for oblivion and adding exterior walls to the imperial city, were you will find all the suburbs. Its gonna use this tileset. Just imagine an outer wall and between it and the interior walls, that will surround the current imperial city, and the space in between the walls filled with these buildings, interiors, npcs, and even quests. It will take me long, though. Even more with skyrim.
