I'm confused. The web page for the school indicates that Tae Yun Kim is the Grandmaster but this video says that Scott Salton is the Grandmaster. Just like Highlander, "There can be only one!" So will the real Grandmaster please step forward?

base form 1 not basic..

This hyung is similar to the first hyung that is taught in World Tae Kwon Do schools; that form has no upward blocks. So, with that being said, Grandmaster Kim knowledge of TKD must come from that style of TKD, so it would go to show she would use that form.
