@NinjassBlackyChan I would welcome receiving some hits lol. if its filled with water then its not that heavy. As for the bag, it seems that the chain is long and thats y it moves alot I would call u on the weight of that bag as well unless its filled with sand. TKD is known for having no hand skills and it shows here (no offense) Overall its a cool video though

I never thought it was light. I just never expect it to move so much. Got some strong kicks. I would of scared to kick the Heavy Bag. It looks like you can kick it to the window.

If you think the bag is light I can punch you around a little...lol The bag on the chain is nabout 230 and the wavemaster is filled with water. Both very heavy, I can't even move it by pushing it thats why it is in the corner I could not move it
