We hear that the dog is barking, and at the moment someone Red Rum says. You can see it on the face of the dog. The dog says nothing, it only barking.

I am the one saying Red Rum prompting him to say it, then he says it himself and gets a biscuit, look a bit more closely mate.

my little westie is verbal when she wants something. but how did you teach baxter to do that?

It's my uncle's. He used to be a dog trainer in the army.  The first time he got Baxter to do this I wasn't expecting it, so he caught me off guard- I was laughing so hard I couldn't speak, eventually I had to bash a table with my hand to tell him to stop.
