  • @d1ez3 i felt kinda retarded after it lol. ya know what actually happened is i had an extreme stabbing pain in my head, it was like someone knifed me in the head. if i didnt have that pain i mighta been able to bang out like maybe 2-3 more reps , the pain was unbearable in the head. the pain starts right around rep 24 you can see me duck my head a little and just kept getting progressively worse, i had to stop :(

    Cuban i am sorry you're disatisfied with this set. i suppose if i took steroids i could be just like everyone else and have endless amounts of endurance and energy and do a whole lot better.

    Some guys lift weights to get strong not because of their figure. If you want to be a gay abercrombie model than thats your choice.

  • Dude, I had the same exact problem with head pain while lifting. I eventually found out what it was. It was caused by an over active sex life. I'm not at all joking either. If you have the same problem, the cause for pain is a small blood vessel in your head working too hard to pump through blood. you need to cut back on ejaculating because if one day that were to burst while lifting, you would have a cerebral stroke and probably die. If your too stuburn to cut back, take motrin before lifting.
