maybe some, like one or two of them, but the rest were throw, pause for a mila second, then go in for the pin, armbar, or choke so nobody got hurt except for the 1 or 2 people who had an ippon, but used all muscle to get it. And that is muetral welfare and benifit if you pause for a mila second when you throw the person, then go in for the pin, armbar, or choke so nobody gets hurt ... srry i am a horrible speller:) And if you do all that quick and swiftly, the person will not roll out of it.

Real Judo are: D, F, H, I, J, L, and M. The rest are nothing more than powerlifting :(

F — just wow. This is the pure essence of the "SOFT Techniques".

L — due to bad point of shoting and time of shoting we missed the very begining; but the technique is brilliant. My applause to Connie.
